In my opinion:
Big winners: Blazers because they got Rudy and moved up to get Koponen just for cash
and
spurs because they Splitter with 28th.
Loser: Bucks - I am guessing Yi will never sign with them (similar to Nowitzki's situation some years ago).

Another loser - Philly : They probably selected the correct players but still. In the Iverson trade they got a lot of picks and non went lottery. I was expecting their own to go high.

Phoenix- It is hard to think of a player that wouldn’t fit well in the Phoenix system, but Steve Kerr might have managed to do just that with the Alando Tucker pick. At least stealing D.J. Strawberry late in the second round gives the Suns one value pick.

Washington won. Nick Young will be an absolute STUD, and Dominic McGuire is probably the steal of the draft. Add in that Pechrov is coming over from Russia now, and Navarro is coming from Spain. And they have 4 great rookies to add on to their core of Arenas, Butler, Jamison, Daniels, Stevenson.
