I think I have still my MLE to work with 5M+ so I have enough cap space to work with. Yeah but you can't use your MLE until you get over the cap. You need to sign someone else with all of the 3.1 mil, then you get your MLE and you can sign Peitrus.

Boston has informed me that the offer was illegal, so Pietrus has decided to sign with the Denver Nuggets instead.
