I know its hard to bump someone who hasn't played in the NBA yet, but he was a first round pick a few years ago and is only rated a 58
Here is what Splitter has on his resume:

I'm not asking for much... this guy would have been a top 10 pick though if teams thought he would come over right away. Thats why he dropped to the Spurs in the 20s back in 2007.

I say we give him a modest 65, along the level of Lorenzen Wright and those other back up Centers, before the season starts. I'm sure if he plays well he will deserve a further increase.
