Player for player, I like this trade in Bostons favor
But, I'm a guy that likes to have solid players at every position, so from my viewpoint, I would rather be on the side getting 2 players that will start for me, and only trading 1 away
So.... its a toss up

Im going to have to go with Miami. Getting 2 of the best young players in the game along with that pick just did it for me. In the end I can see why both teams would do it. I just think Miami gets the slight edge.

I have a personal bias against D-Wade, and this also looks like the type of trade that I would make from Miami's end so I like this deal for Miami a little better.

I like this deal for Miami though he might have trouble re-signing Josh Smith. Dwade is overrated in sim leagues and will probably give you 16-18 pts a game.

not to mention miami lost a lot of salary in this deal Well, any money that is saved this season (which is almost worthless since free agency is over) is going to have to go towards resigning Josh Smith. If Miami does resign him, I would imagine that he would actually end up paying more for Smith alone than he would Wade. And of course if he loses him to free agency, he opens up some cap space, but I'm pretty sure thats not his plan.

The pick makes it sweeter for Miami, Boston is probably gonna have the 10-15 overall pick in a strong draft

I do think Dwyane Wade is a good player but getting Josh Smith, Brandon Roy, and a 1st round pick is worth more in my opinion.
