Rondo is better for my team from a financial standpoint, but I think Jameer Nelson is the better player. He made the allstar team last season and is just now hitting his prime.

I think Rondo makes up for in speed and quickness what he lacks in shooting compared to Nelson

Jameer is a very good PG, but my team is going young. So Jameer at 27 (at his prime) doesn't make as much sense as having Rondo (age 23). I plan on allowing my team to grow with together.
