Boston receives:
87 - PF - Carlos Boozer - $11,593,816 - $11,593,817
Indiana receives:
72 - PF - Paul Millsap - $687,456 - $797,581 2008 Indiana 1st Rounder 73 - PG - Jason Williams - $8,937,500
I accept. Indiana's 2008 1st Rounder is Top 5 projected this year and that is the biggest factor in this deal. It's tough to give it up, knowing I have a shot at Rose or Beasley, but I'm content to receive a stud PF in return. My team has the cap space and I just wish I could've done this deal before the trade deadline - my playoff position might have been different.
This trade doesn't take me over the salary cap, so the 125% rule doesn't apply.

I accept, it is hard to trade Boozer but with this deal I get a more then capable starting PF in Paul Millsap(who should be easier to resign then Boozer) and a pick that could possibly end up being Beasley or Rose

I accept. Indy gets a surefire top 5 pick and much more cap flexibility to go along with a borderline starting prospect.

Accepted.
This will remain in pending though since I still, technically, have a shot at the playoffs.

ummm so why does this get approved but not the tmac deal?
they are very similar...
Top 5 pick and Millsap for an allstar
Top 5 pick and a 2009 pick for an allstar

Because Boozer earns about half as much as McGrady. And whilst my team is playoff ready, Charlotte's would languish in mediocrity for the rest of McGrady's contract unless some sort of miracle occurs, then once McGrady's contract is up in three years time their team would be in the same place they are now and would not have progressed an inch.
That plus all the other reasons various staff members mentioned in the Rockets/Bobcats McGrady/Picks trade. The one which the Bobcats are currently reformulating to perhaps include a third team and make it make sense for themselves.
