Memphis Trades:
Boris Diaw (76) - $9,000,000 - $9,000,000 - $9,000,000 - $9,000,000 - $9,000,000
Seattle Trades:
Damien Wilkins (67)-- $2,900,000 Stromile Swift (73)--$5,800,000
Total: $8,700,000
Works under 125%.

I accept.
This frees me up $9 million in cap to help re-sign Paul Pierce. Swift can be my starting PF for now and Sean Williams, whose rating should go up soon, can take over next year when i don't re-sign swift. Wilkins will be a valuable back-up, and i won't need him next year with Devean George able to play both SF and SG.

I accept, with my cap i wouldnt be able to resign either swift or wilkins so i'll get the most for my money and trade them for diaw, who i won't have to resign ANY time soon. I plan on putting Diaw at pf and boozer at c, making my line-up small but athletic. considering i'm 7-10, taking a little chance can't hurt me much.

I'd like to just accept because we now all know about Memphis' tragic cap situation and why he's making this trade. But I'm not so sure about this one because of what it does to Seattle's cap situation.
Seattle will have a $54m payroll, over $10m of space to sign a free agent, in the Off Season. If they take Boris Diaw they'll have a $63m payroll and no space to sign anyone. I'd like Seattle to get back to me on this one before I decide.

I'm not accusing anyone of anything here, but it sure is nice to have a "brother" in the same league as you when you run into a little cap space problem.

Salaries aside, this trade is very close in terms of talent. But I just don't see enough incentive for Seattle to do this trade given the huge financial committment to Diaw. I would need to see a draft pick or young player added from Memphis' side to compensate for that monster salary hit. Also, Wilkins will probably get a ratings boost in the offseason.

if you guys don't think this is fair, i'd be happy to add on...I had offered to add on another player, but my brother didn't want any more cap than necessary. And Diaw is one of my bro's favorite players so he approached me about this trade, not the other way around LAC. If this trade makes me seem like a cheater, i'll back out right now cuz the last thing i want is for someone to blame any success i have on cheating.

In this league, with the extensions and all there arent that many decent free agents and i think i would be hard pressed to sign anyone better than a 76

How about some input from none-trade checkers...do you think this is fishy? If so i want to know so that i can either improve the deal or back out, cuz me and my bro avoided trading in the past ot avoid this kind of stuff and if you guys don't approve then please let us know

To get some life back into these trade discussions: I reject. It screws over Seattle too much.

Wow, sorry that I haven't posted in this yet......
I reject as well, I don't see Seattle's reasoning.
