This deal is conditional on the 76ers-Spurs deal getting approval.
Philly send:
72 Matt Harpring ($6,500,000)
to LAC in return for:
2007 LAC 1st Adrian Griffin ($1,475,000)
Post-trade Philly salary = $39,829,811 (allowing also for Spurs trade) Post-trade LAC salary = $60,073,979
Confirm, I get a 1st for one of my older vets, and I have Carney and Balkman at the SF spot so I had little need for Harpring. I also free up more cap space. LAC upgrades for the playoffs, they fill their need for a quality backup F alongside Tim Thomas, and dumps Griffin's 3 year contract.
