Orlando is losing young potential in Hakim Warrick but he has Dwight Howard and Channing Frye, so if he accepts I see nothing wrong with this.

I'm not saying he isn't, but it's a young PG for a young PG

I don't know if I'd do this if I'm Memphis...
Foye>>Nelson Jackson>>>>Warrick and Bo Outlaw just sucks.
I decline.

I accept, I've been wanting to move Francis to the PG spot since he's passing for a better average per game than Nelson anyway.

Id like to hear more explanation from Memphis and ORlando before accepting

Uhm, what more do you need to hear from me? Francis has been playing better point, passing for better average, so I move him to PG, Foye at SG, Jackson to SF, Hedo on the bench or I could have Foye coming off the bench.

1) Look at the PG on my roster. Damon Stoudamire, J.J. Barea and Nate Robinson. 3 Back-up PG's, and Nelson is starter-worthy.
2) Warrick is a great young talent. Stephen Jackson is older with a much larger contract.
3) Foye is good, and he is a great young talent that i don't want to lose, but i think Jameer Nelson will have just as good of a rating as him.
4) I get like $4 million worth of cap space and an expiring contract in Bo outlaw

How can you reject this trade but not one of Okur and Miller for JO.
Orlando gets better but not much. and Memphis gets younger and release some salaries.

Post by Erik Lassen on Jul 16, 2007 19:02:26 GMT
Okur and Miller for JO is a fair deal. No chance that Indy is going to get a player as good as Okur when they deal JO. Look at what the Sixers got for AI. Look at what the Raps got for Carter. Look at what the Hornets got for Baron. Nothing.

Player for player it's slightly in Orlando's favor IMO. But when you look at each teams' lineup after the trade, they both look slightly better.
If Orlando doesn't mind the fact that this will shake-up his team at a time when he needs wins, all for just a tiny-weeny advantage in a trade, then I accept. With that in consideration, what do you think, Orlando?

Outlaw has a broken nose at the moment and has another 2 weeks to recover. Until then, this trade cannot be finalized.
Thread will be stickied until the Trade is finalized.

Orlando, it's now up to you to decide whether or not this trade goes through either now (during the playoffs), or afterwards (once the playoffs are over). Which would you prefer?
