Total: $24,000,000 M

We offered a lot bit more money because we understand Mr. Okur might not want to play for a rebuilding team. We are a lot better this year having added Tyreke Evans, will be looking to trade and/or sign someone pretty good in FA. Evans, Richardson, and CV31 are all playing well in real life so far this year, I think we should be legit next year if not this year. All I ask if you come back and play for us this next year, and if we totally suck you can opt out. Look forward to having you back in Philly Mr. Okur.
PS. You know you love the Cheese Steaks! ;D

Offer: 15,000,000 for 3 years (MLE)
Year 1: 5,000,000 Year 2: 5,000,000 (PO) Year 3: 5,000,000
Okur would start at C for the T-Wolves, making a good frontcourt with Amare (it would be a beast one offensively) and he would have a chance to win a title.

We would like Mr. Okur to know that Denver only has 16 M in cap space, we feel like he is offering this contract just to jack up the price for me. I mean freakin Kyle Lowry is ahead of you on the priority list? If it comes down to it will match this offer, but we feel it is unnecessary.

So far, I am over $10 million more on an offer than everyone other than Denver. Does that mean that it will only be bidding between us and them?

Due to other free agent considerations, we need to slightly modify our offer to Okur. We have also removed all of our contingencies and added a fully guaranteed 5th year.
Year 1 $7,200,000 Year 2 $7,900,000 Year 3 $8,600,000 Year 4 $9,400,000 Year 5 $9,000,000
Total $42,100,000 (all guaranteed)

We are willing to match in length if need be, I just doubt Mr. Okur wants to be tied up for that long.

[red]Sorry I'd totally forgotten I was in charge of Okur. My bad guys.
Contract size for Okur will be capped at Denver's: Year 1: $8,000,000 Year 2: $8,000,000 Year 3: $8,000,000(PO)
Therefore DEN, WAS and PHI in the running for Okur.[/red]
