The Indiana Pacers would be proud to resign Carlos a 5 year deal worth $85,300,000 with player options in the 3rd and 4th years.
09/10::$14,000,000 10/11::$15,400000 11/12::$16,900,000 12/13::$18,600,000 13/14::$20,400,000
Overall team salary;
09/10::$29,690,640 10/11::$18,203,040 11/12::$10,860,217 12/13::$6,444,857
Here at the Pacers organization we feel you need a dominate big man to win and we feel Carlos is that. (which should be evident by the package we gave up to acquire him in a trade this past season) We know that we currently don't have the greatest roster but that is something we are working on changing as we do have the cap space to go after other big name free agents to build around Carlos.

[red]We were still waiting to see if any more offers were going to be made for Boozer, but it looks like this is it. So, the contract for Boozer will be capped around Washington's offer and the bidding will come down to a reward point battle[/red]

I would like to point out that I don't see a reason why we should enter a reward point battle as Washington only has 113pts and would need to get 170 to out bid me as I have 183 (and I'm the resigning team)

Washington offers 101 reward points and would be glad to make any other necessary modifications to our offer to convince Carlos to come to Washington for a championship run.

I have noticed you have offered multiple players reward points such as Baron Davis. I'm just getting my offer on the table in case your reward points end up going to another player. My offer stands.

Even with those offers ( 70 to BDiddy and 50 to Marion)you still don't have enough rewards points to outbid me. Just to restate we offer 2rpts.
