15,000,000 for 3 years (MLE)
Year 1: 5,000,000 Year 2: 5,000,000 Year 3: 5,000,000 (PO)
Bynum would make a beast frontcourt with Amare, he would start at C and would make our team legit to compete for the title.

The Los Angeles Lakers would like to offer Andrew Bynum a 5 year contract worth $62,278,014!
Year 1: $10,000,000 Year 2: $11,100,000 Year 3: $12,321,000 Year 4: $13,676,310 Year 5: $15,180,704
Although the Los Angeles Lakers already have Joakim Noah, Andrew Bynum would give the team an added dimension in the low post. Pairing the two respectfully with Bynum at Center and Noah at Power Forward would create one of the most athletic frontcourts in the NBA, and would catapult the team into playoff contention.
This acquisition would also reunite Andrew Bynum with the Lakers organization and his former GM.

The Golden State Warriors would like to resign Andrew Bynum, and are offering the following contract:
09/10: $11,000,000 10/11: $12,210,000 11/12: $13,553,100 12/13: $15,043,941 13/14: $16,698,775
Total: $68,505,816
Andrew paired with Al Jefferson in the frontcourt would be nearly unstoppable. Add in Danny Granger and Jeff Green, plus TJ Ford as starters, and a really great bench, and we are giving Andrew a chance to go very deep in the playoffs again.

[red]Golden State's offer is as high as GMs need to go for Andrew Bynum. The Lakers' offer is good too and this will eventually go down to a reward point battle between the two if no other teams make offers.[/red]

You are increasing too much year to year. Just copy the previous contracts, it is basically the max you can do.
The max increase is 11% a year.

Golden State will match your offer with 75 of their own reward points.
(I'm guessing GSW would've battled this one out for Bynum since they missed the boat on Granger)
