Does the NLSC site have the ratings to view. I looked but didn't see them. Maybe I missed it... But if the league isn't going to use the NLSC rating then the entire league should have a say so in adjusting players ratings AND there should be a set timeframe during the off season for ratings to be adjusted...absolutely no changes should happen once the season starts.

I think once before the season, during a preseason, should cover all the major changes. Then at the All-Star break the more minor changes that were missed for the more important and obvious ones. Then any last ones leftover at the conclusion of the season for the offseason.

Personally, this is how I would prefer to do rating changes: - Rolling rating changes.
- At the rate which you guys are proposing new changes to be made, the players who you propose now wont get changed for at least a month or more, given the backlog of players on the list. And it's more honest for me to change ratings in roster threads as I make the changes in-game, instead of all at once, when some of them wont happen for a long time.
- This way, we can keep reviewing rating changes until the day they happen, rather than notice the change once and forget about it.
- Mixed NLSC/DynFive ratings.
- We start off using their rookie ratings, make changes to new players (and old players) as time passes. NLSC doesn't make regular updates to its old players, Kirilenko is still a 90 something, but hasn't been worth that... ever IMO... although not since D5 began, in this case. It's served us well until now, so I don't see a reason to change it.
And on top of all that: I like the discussions we have, no matter how heated it gets, because it shows members care about their teams and adds more activity and interest to the league. Unless you guys can enlighten me to a serious malfactor from all that, things are staying the way they are!

I wouldn't call a one vote win a majority vote especially when you can take a vote away from yes because Portland said he voted yes when he said he didn't care.
