I think Dallas gets slightly the better package because of Seattle's 1st Rounder being atleast guaranteed Top 6 (or whatever number I'm up to in the draft so far). But I accept. Baron Davis gets shipped around and ends up back in Golden State, heh

I pretty much agree with Boston that Dallas might be getting the better end on this deal, especially if they grab Oden or Durant, which now seems to be like a 25% chance. But, the disparity is not large enough to reject this trade, so I accept.
