I accept, I'm looking to win now, and I bring in someone downlow that can help out Dwight Howard.

I dont think that Grant Hill at this point in his career is worth an over-estimated but still good player in Francis and a young ntalent in Frye. No way will I accept this deal without hearing some real good defensive arguemnents from New York.

The main idea for this trade is that to get rid of Francis's 15/16/17 million per year for the next 3 years, I had to throw in Frye. In return, I get an expiring contract, who should still be a valuable player for a year or two, but more importantly, a salary dump.

I dont think that Channing Frye is teh kind of player that just gets thrown in, I would accept this deal without Frye now better enlightened about the cap sit, either Frye goes or Orlando adds another player of decent ability for me to truly re-consider this deal. Also, does anyone find it ironic that Francis winds up going back to Orlando?

Frye is a joke New Orleans. The guy is softer then a cream puff, and his offense got progressively worse this year. New Yorks GM is being smart by making salary dumps. Francis is no longer useful at this point in his carreer (not that Hill really is either, although when he's healthy he can contribute) and losing Frye opens up more minutes for superior players in David Lee, and Renaldo Balkman. Good move for NY.

If Orlando is certain they want to do this deal, then I accept. What do you say, Orlando?

Well, no one really interests me from this years free agent pool, and I still have some guys expiring next year, plus I'm under the cap now. I think Francis can still produce, he showed his signs, he just needs to play. Same with Frye, they'll get the playing time with me

Ok. You also need to release a player from your lineup before you can take a two for one trade.
