The Philadelphia 76ers would like to offer Paul Milsap a 5 year deal worth 35 M, with a player option after this next year.
Year 1: $5,000,000 Year 2: $6,000,000 Year 3: $7,000,000 Year 4: $8,000,000 Year 5: $9,000,000
Total: $35,000,000
Priority List: Granger, everyone else. Basically we know we don't have a real shot at Granger so if Granger does sign with us this is void.
We promise you the starting PF spot and you would come to a young team with tons of depth. The starting 5 should be Evans/Crawford/Jrich/Mr. Milsap/Okur with Duhon and CV31 coming off the bench. You would bring us toughness we don't have right now, I hope you will consider us.

The Nuggets would like to offer a deal to Millsap.
Year 1: $7,000,000 Year 2: $8,000,000 Year 3: $9,000,000 Year 4: $10,000,000 Year 5: $11,000,000 (PO)
Total: $45,000,000
Priority list: PG, then Bynum and Millsap. We feel that Millsap with his strong rebounding and inside scoring skills will be crucial to us taking the next step. He will be first off the bench backing up Blake Griffin.

We have plenty of cap as well, but I doubt the PA will let it get much higher.

[red]None of you guys have stuck to the 11% increase rule in this thread. All offers for Paul Millsap are currently void!
If a contract starts at $7m, the highest it's next year can be is $7,770,000.[/red]

Why do you have to make the math so complicated?
PS. I edited my original offer to conform to the rules.
