I've been the highest bid for Felton for almost 5 days now. Can we consider him signed?

Can Denver really get back in even though he hasn't been involved at all with the reward point bidding and hasn't made an offer for over 2 weeks? I have been leading this bid for over 5 days without any other post and have been involved since day 1. The bidding has only been between Miami and Washington since November 17th.
Boston, how much longer are we going to drag this out? Can Denver get back in the process even though it is approaching 3 weeks since his bid and hasn't bid any reward points until now?

The Wizards are willing to increase our RP bid if needed.

[red]Washington signs Felton using 74 RPs.
Sorry Denver, Felton's signing would've been finalised before you entered the bidding process if I'd had the internet.[/red]
