Joe Johnson Al Jefferson LaMarcus Aldridge for Kobe Bryant Kelenna Azubuike You're crazy if you think that is a lowball offer. This is Kobe. Kobe fucking Bryant.

Garnett practically got traded for Jefferson... Joe Johnson is a scoring machine... and Aldridge is just an amazing youngster...
I'd be giving up about 3 starters, 3 potential All Stars
In a sim league, I'd be screwed if all I had was Kobe as opposed to the other three.

I believe Gerald Green, Ryan Gomes, Sebastian Telfair and a huge expiring contract were also included. Garnett is also three years older than Kobe and not rated as high in this game. Joe Johnson is a scoring machine ... but be real. Kobe is better. Much, much, much better at scoring and defense. Aldridge is a young talent, as is Jefferson.

I love Kobe, but I honestly don't think any other GM in this league would make that trade.

I love Kobe, but I honestly don't think any other GM in this league would make that trade. I'm sure there is at least one GM out there that would make that trade, but it might not make it past the accept/reject stage. With that said, I hardly consider this trade worthy of being called a "lowball". For good examples of lowballs, just search through your old PM's until you find an offer from the Wolves. (sorry Minny...I couldn't resist. )

In Atlanta's defense, I would NEVER do that trade.
Although it's not bad enough to be considered a low ball, it's still pretty bad.

Its all good. If you wanted to keep the core of Parker and Bosh together, what would you offer from my team?

Post by San Antonio Spurs on Mar 4, 2008 2:31:48 GMT
It'd be impossible to get Duncan without giving Parker and Bosh, you gotta give to get in return. Giving you Duncan without getting one of the two would be giving you the championship

I dont know about that. I dont even know if it would get me to the championship. Have you looked at that other team in the Atlantic Division lately?

in the Atlanta-GSW deal = I wouldnt do that deal...as much as I hate Kobe I know that he is one of the best OF ALL TIME....BUT Joe Johnson/Aldridge AND Al Jefferson are great young talents and I would rather have them now...
San Antonio-Toronto : u missed that chance SAS....too bad for u...
AND in NYK message (that I just read now): my team was doing better with Miller than ur is doing with Oden so that means that Miller is better than Oden ;D simple

Sorry SA, this isn't as bad as some in this thread, but it deserves a mention.
Ginobilli Calderon Dalembert
for
Paul Okur

I don't think it's that bad
Ginobilli, Calderon > Paul Dalembert =< Okur
If you want an offensive center, you go for Okur. If you want a defensive, rebounding, shotblocking center you take Dalembert.

hmmm thats a bad offer IMO (but its because I dont like Calderon and Dalembert) Okur is a great sim league player (I have or had him in all sim leagues that I im/was) and CP3 is CP3...I would rather have him than Manu/Calderon (again, I dont like Calderon)

He was one of the most efficent point guards in the NBA this season.

you are really underrating Calderon he is the reason why Spain won the Fiba championchips.
don't be surprised if they win this year, and it will be because of him and Gasol.
TJ Ford is overrated as hell, you give Calderon good players and he can get you double-digit points and assists every night.

Rashard Lewis
for
Vlad Radmonovic Q-Rich Mid-Low 1st round pick
That possibly could be the worst offer I have ever gotten.
