I don't see how this helps the Bucks at all. I'd like to hear your reasoning on this trade, Milwaukee.

Well this is how I see it...
1. Gibson is doing nothing for the team...his contract >> Gone.
2. Foye by ratings is the best player in the deal, however by D5 stats, Maxiell is the better player. Got nothing against Foye as a player, but I'm not a big fan of Maxiell and frankly wasn't doing anything special when he started.
3. I like Thornton as a player and he can be the backup SF for YI. Landry will be the backup for Biedrins, until such time as the new ratings come out and then we see whether he'll start or sub.
4. Johnson is on a rookie contract and honestly is cheaper than anyone in this deal. He can get some PT also and maybe turn into a decent contributor, if not I'll only own him for 2 seasons and not use his TO's.
5. In exchange for me taking Radmon I get a 2011 1st. Radmon has a PO in the last year and I do not plan on keeping him after his contract is done.
Sooo...essentially my team will look as such:
Starters 73 Stephen Curry $3,290,520 $3,540,120 $3,784,180 $4,795,690 73 Jonny Flynn $2,060,040 $2,214,480 $2,369,040 $3,143,716 80 Chris Kaman $10,400,000 $11,300,000 $12,200,000 77 Yi Jianlian $5,500,000 $5,500,000 76 Andris Biedrins $9,000,000 $10,000,000 $10,500,000 $11,000,000
Bench 63 Carl Landry $3,000,000 $3,000,000 $3,000,000 $3,500,000 73 Al Thornton $3,500,000 $3,500,000 69 Maurice Speights $1,531,300 $1,638,100 $2,426,030 70 James Johnson $1,217,000 $1,302,480 $1,396,960 $2,292,306 73 Jerry Stackhouse $5,500,000 71 Earl Boykins $3,000,000 71 Joey Dorsey $600,000 $700,000
IR 70 Vlad Radmanovic $6,466,600 $6,883,800 61 Dan Gadzuric $6,749,260 $7,248,325
This will be my lineup after the trade and as you can see I have 2 good rookie G's and 3 very decent lowpost players. (biedrins is in a funk atm and will hopefully return to form, he's already improved in his last few games).
I have Thornton, Speights and Landry off the bench to backup the lowpost dudes, with Landry's role possibly changing with ratings. When Stack n Boykins go away I still have my 2010 1st/2nd and now 2 2011 1st's and a 2nd.
Sorry if that was a tad long winded...Insomnia sux.

A little off topic but Carl Landry at 63 really needs a boost...
