One of the greatest things I've come to fear is the creation of unrealistic contracts during Off Season Free Agency. To combat the threat of this happening Reward Points were introduced at the start of the season to be used instead of money during bidding wars. Since this system is now functioning and in-place we now need to establish a maximum cap upon the contracts players can be offered during OSFA depending upon their in-game ratings.
Player-ratings brackets will establish the maximum amount a player can be offered depending upon their in-game rating: 93+ 89-92 85-88 81-84 77-80 73-76 69-72 62-68 -61
^It is these values I'd like to debate in this thread, before OSFA begins, so that our player agents and GMs have clear cut boundaries within which to operate.

No, I don't think so, I'm going to let it fall to the judgement of the player agents.
Also, since the negotiations will be quite systematic, and therefore done in public view, other guys like yourself can point out when/if things get unrealistic.
I'm quite excited to see how it'll work this year. But no, we aren't using this thread's concept, although it could be used as a rough guide perhaps.
