Atlanta Receives: 91 Dirk Nowitzki $17,912,518 $19,793,332 $21,675,150 84 Caron Butler $8,999,980 $9,780,970 $10,561,960 82 Marcus Camby $8,000,000 $7,650,000 69 Steve Blake $500,000 $500,000 $500,000 69 Thaddeus Young $4,250,000 $4,500,000
Total Incoming: $39,662,498 Total Outgoing: $32,972,804
Golden State Receives: C/C Andrew Bynum 79 $2,769,300 PF/C Al Jefferson 85 $16,975,000 - $14,428,750 - $13,593,063 - $14,082,022 - $14,944,325 SF/SG Danny Granger 86 $2,329,804 PG/SG D.J. Augustin 71 $1,578,200 - $1,696,600 - $1,815,000 - $2,501,070 PF/C A Walker 70 $9,320,500 - $10,094,000 - $10,867,500 Atlanta's 2010 1st round pick
Total Incoming: $32,972,804 Total Outgoing: $39,662,498
Alright, as said, crazy blockbuster. I struggled with this one since my team is playing very well, and I know I will need to resign both Granger and Bynum. However, I may be swinging Bynum out (who I think has more value around the league than Camby does) with TJ Ford to get an upgrade at PG. That would make this team truly amazing.
Granger is more of a SG than Caron Butler IMO, which I've been looking for, for awhile now. I have over 26 million in cap for next year after this trade, which should be just enough to get Granger and Bynum even if I can't trade Bynum.
Overall I get a lot younger, while giving up the better rating players. Thad Young is also a little tough to move, as I love his game and he is young, but I think he evens out the value well.

Wow. The Malik Rose trade is much bigger than this. thank you, Malik Rose is a superstar none of the guys listed has a NBA title except Walker and Bynum. And Rose has more titles then either (Rose has 3 while Walker and Bynum combine's has 2) the LEGEND OF MALIK ROSE SHALL CONTINUE.

We've only gotten one accept actually. BTW Boston, if you need someone to be on a trade committee just to vote or something, I've been on many (in Legends and Rim Rockers, among others) and I'm plenty active...unlike anyone else on your committee right now (apparently).
Just putting it out there.

If this deal takes much longer without the committee voting I'll just put it through anyway.

I know man, I'm sure I speak for ATL when I say we are both very proud of this deal. We went back and forth probably 30 PMs total over 4-5 days? it seemed like that anyway. Good stuff man!

Good stuff man! haha ya it was pretty realistic---like in the real NBA...PM after PM...every trade seemed to be different (with/withour Bynum and Camyb and so on...) - now everybody got what he want i guess..nice dealing with you man!

Unfortunately this trade is postponed by Camby's injury, which still has 2 weeks left to heal. This trade may have to be finalised during the playoffs!

Atlanta, u're a DUMB FUCK for agreeing to this. You dont trade 2 young star players away just becaue they're expring (only 1 has to go). What makes you so sure u'll be able to re-sign granger? You're a conceited SMART ASS who's darn Stupid

Augustine = Young Jefferson = Nowitzki (Barely) Granger >> Butler (especially so in 1 or 2 seasons time) Bynum >>>>> Camby (WTF? !!) Disappointingly idiotic move. Can u get any DUMBER?

i have to agree with simster here i dont exactly no why u would do this trade it just amazes me but its your team, so anyway well done guys easy as it is...we now have a great 2 year window for the championsship! Camby is still better than Bynum...Camby is a defensive beast! Dirk is a MVP - one of the best PFs of all time...jefferson just a talented PF on a weak team...and Butler is almost as good as Granger...by the way its also a salary cap trade and Taddeus Young will get a significant rating boost for sure...he averaged 16 points a game, that should make him at least a 75+ player soon

you are so wrong. Only Bird, Duncan & KG can be considered best PFs of all time.
If this was the start of the season this move may have been almost understandable, but now u're on the verge of next season! How in the world do u trade Granger age: 26 (top 5 in league for scoring) & Jefferson age:24 (1in4 players in the ENTIRE league who averages >20PPG, 10Rebs) who are expected to do amazingly well next season for a bunch of old players past their prime?
And what does a talented PF in a lousy team have to with everything? Dallas Mavs would be a shitty team if not for all the star players they have. So can i call the MAVs a lousy team with a talented PF if i took away kidd and howard? I mean what the hell are u saying?!
Dude u're either too hard-up for 6+mil in cap space(completely unjusitfiable) or just plain MORONIC

Your right simster89 - ATL, the new Atlanta GM shouldn't have done this trade. Being stuck decided over who to try an resign and who to let walk between Bynum and Granger (since he DIDN'T have the cap to resign both) would have been so much better.
