Portland, Oregon In breaking news the Portland Tribune has learned that the Portland trailblazers have sent disgruntled forward Zach Randolph to the Utah Jazz in exchange for rookies Ronnie Brewer and Paul Milsap. Randolph averaged 23.6 points and 10 rebounds per game but saw his opprotunities diminish with the arrival of new G.M. wichmae and his proposed youth movement. "We feel like we took one step back today and three steps forwrd for the future" G.M. Wichmae said. "We feel Paul and Lemarcus can replace the void left by the departed Randoplh. Paul showed in the 2007 playoffs how good he can be when he is on the floor for large minutes." The move also save roughly 10 million dollars in space for the Blazers. Also part of the deal was Memphis' second round pick. The deal is pending league approval and should be finalized in the coming days. G.M. wichmae left us with lasting thought " we are not done dealing yet". What should make for an interesting next couple weeks we are assured at the very least a better product on the floor this year.
