The NBA is planning to reduce the salary cap for the first time this year and this Off Season's re-signings and free agents are likely to earn less than they usually would. Since our league is luckily on pace three months behind the real NBA's schedule we might be able to see the effects of the smaller contracts before our own OSFA and re-signing period begins. Two Questions though: 1. Should our contracts sizes reflect the change in the NBA's contract sizes? 2. Should we decrease our salary cap?

1. I don't that will be possible. GM's will continue to want to up prices on FA to compete for them. 2. Nuuuuuu! It doesn't have to go up, but at least keep it the same. In the real NBA, people actually have to pay money for players, we don't it doesn't matter.
