New members can now apply to become Assistant GMs if there are no teams available. "Assistant GMs are allowed all the powers of a Full GM, they may sign players, cut players, negotiate with other teams and trade players, and post the deals... but the Full GM of the team must give the 'OK' before any deals go through." "It is therefore important for Assistant GMs to understand the direction their team's Full GM wishes to pursue and help them out." Any GMs who would like an Assistant, just PM me and I'll add you to the list.

Dynasty Five Guide for new Assistant GMsAssistants can provide support for GMs, can use their own skills to broker deals that their team's GM may not have imagined and enhance the reputation and character of their team through media center articles and also by increasing the presence of a team's availability (sometimes other GMs will make offers simply because a team's GM, or assistant GM, happens to be online). As an assistant, you will be given your own sub-section within which any information regarding your role within the team's organisation can be posted. You may re-post the team's depth chart or salary chart in your own way, or post Media Center articles, for example, but really you are given your own sub-section as a space in which to be creative and contribute to the building of the league in general! It may also be beneficial to message your GM with suggestions every now and again, or on the flip-side of that; your GM may provide you with certain jobs, like bidding on a free agent up until a certain salary range, for example. Assistant GM Rules & Regulations- Full GMs cannot fire an Assistant GM unless they purposefully go against the pre-established wishes of the Full GM, enough to warrant a dismissal.
- Assistant GMs may not post their own Trade Block unless in accordance with the Full GMs policies.
- Full GMs have a total of 5 days to verify whether or not they accept a brokered deal by their assistant. After this period, the brokered deal will be automatically accepted.
- Assistant GMs are not allowed to switch teams unless they quit as an assistant and become a Full GM with a different team.
Otherwise, Assistant GMs are subject to the same rules and regulations as all other GMs.
