How, do I cover up the other head if it is too big? Do I just get fid of it, feather something and put a patch behind the background? It was easier with frye, I just cut the hear off.

In photoshop, if you've cut the head off a picture and pasted it into the new one, it will create a new layer for the head. There will therefore be two layers within your one image. You need to position the pasted head where you want it, and to erase the bits of the old players head that are sticking out you need to select the original layer and erase any bits that are sticking out around the new head using colours that are local to that area. Does that make sense?

I learned everything I do in photoshop from .Dee. on NLSC in his thread (> link<), just look for his tutorials, there's one of a TMac image and another of a Jessica Alba one. One cool thing to do: - Take any image of a player or anything.
- Copy it, paste it into a new layer so you've got two identical images on top of each other.
- Warp the image on the new layer with 'Filter' options, such as 'Motion Blur', 'Radial Blur' or 'Rough Pastels'.
- In the Menu, go to Layer -> Layer Style -> Blending Options -> and set the 'Blend Mode' to 'Soft Light'
- Continue making new layers of the same original image and messing with them randomly til you like what you see.
There's other stuff too, but that's probly the most basic thing.

If you're doing black guys, or half/cast whatever guys, all you gotta do is edit their skin tone on their legs/arms too so it looks like the face's colour. White guys are tough though, I'll give you that! Josh Howard up above was once Carlos Boozer believe it or not, hehe
