Draft Rules & Regulations:- Each GM has a maximum of 10 hours from the moment of the previous pick to make their own pick.
- This is so GMs don't lose any sleep waiting for their pick and can spend a decent amount of time scouting around. It also gives GMs time to make draft-day trades as the draft is unfolding.
- The draft will therefore last atleast a few days, if not a week.
- Teams without GMs will have their picks made for them by the staff.
- GMs who do not pick in the 10 hours allotted will be automatically chosen a draft pick several places lower than where their pick landed in real life.
- Each GM can make their pick official by posting in response to the official thread. GMs should be warned that they cannot change their minds once they've posted their pick.
- Do not offer trades within the Draft Thread, please keep to PMs.
- No doubt more issues will arise as we approach/during the draft and there is always the possibility that more regulations will be posted, so be sure to check back to this thread.

Sacramento may have until the end of the day to make his pick, rather than the 10 hours. I started the draft off too early last night to expect him to be here within 10 hours. All other picks must comply to the 10 hour limit.

Philly's had twice the amount of time allotted to make his pick, so - considering his lineup looks in-need of a bigman - he picks Yi Jianlian a few picks below where his pick is.
Dallas is on the clock.

with the 4th pick in the draft the Mavericks would like to welcome Greg Oden's partner Micheal Conley JR, and maybe with Conley here, his buddy Oden may demand a trade to Dallas.

Okay so instead of making his draft pick, Milwaukee has left the league instead in a PM he sent to me. Ok... this really is turning out to be a disasterous draft Milwaukee picks Corey Brewer.
