Inactivity.- Once in charge of a team, a GM must not be inactive for more than one week. If this length of time passes and the GM still doesn't return, their team will be declared open for a new member.
- If, for instance, a GM is going on holiday in real life, or just needs to take some time out from the league. You must complete a 'Leave of Absence' thread in the Simulation Changes section explaining how long you will be gone and why.
- A GM should not be silent on the boards for more than a month at a time.
- If a month passes without a single post from a GM their silence will be assumed to be a lack of enthusiasm and they may lose their position.
- The longest serving GMs are, in general, exempt from the above rules.
