I thought they were, but as it appers, Oden has one more year to his contract and has 5$mil for this year. I just copied it from his salary charts. Other than that it should be right.

Clippers, why do you want to do this? Don't you think it puts your future into jeopardy?

I'll reluctantly accept.
Don't like this for the Clippers at all. They're trading away their franchise player for an overrated and overpaid Okafor.

Is that enough and in my opinion Oden isnt at the level of Okafor

Well, it already has 3 acceptances so my vote doesn't matter anymore
Anyway, here is how I looked at the trade:
Oden is 500 times better than Okafor. Yes, Okafor is a good defender, but his offense is completely non-existent. I have been to numerous Charlotte Bobcats games and follow them closely, and Okafor simply cannot put the ball in the basket. Now, he is in New Orleans with the best point guard in the world, and his numbers have decreased even more. Oden, however, has shown that his defense is just as good, if not better than Okafors. Plus, Oden proved this year that he has a developing offensive game and is going to be an absolute beast in a few years if he can stay healthy. I would already say he is better than Okafor, and while Okafor is not going to get better, Oden is going to be much better.
Then, I look at the contracts. Clippers gain 8 mil this season and about 6 mil for this offseason. They also have to worry about resigning Okafor while Oden would have been locked up.
Mike Dunleavy has played absolutely terrible this season. He is shooting 40% from the field and 32% from distance. His minutes have been decreased due to this slump and doesn't seem to fit in anywhere with the developing Indiana Pacers. He is close to 30 years old now, and at this point will never be anything more than a roleplayer off the bench. He is not worth what Clippers are gonna have to pay him
The last part of the deal I want to talk about is Larry Hughes. He is a large expiring contract in an offseason that features the biggest names in basketball. He could easily be traded near the deadline for an 80+ player. I got Rashard Lewis for expirings last trade deadline, and it would not be hard for LAC to get a nice young piece for his contract.
Anyway, thats just my opinion. I probably would have rejected the trade.

Well first of all Oden is a way better constitent force than Oden. Okafor has averages a double double career wise and while I admit he has had a terrible season thus far even while playing with the best PG in the game but he slowly putting up solid numbers. Oden is way too injury proned to be put as a franchise player. Dunvealvy has been putting up less than stellar numbers but he is an upgrade over Hughes. Contract wise this wasnt the best trade but I fell that I have the cap room. I still plan on going after free agents though and I respect your opinion. They both arent superstar big nor do they have the potential in my opinion but I would Okafor anyday of the week. I didnt want to give Hughes and his contract but I felt I had to

I'm heavily inclined to agree with New Jersey, that was good analysis. Unfortunately I can't overrule my previous accept and the trade still stands.
Clippers must cut a player before this trade can go through.
