I accept, well since my other deal with ATL is done i figured i was allowed to trade again. I made this trade to help me get younger and better. Have a great young PG and now a great SF or PF in smith.

I can see why Charlotte is doing this, but I don't understand Miami's reasoning. I'd like to hear an explanation from the Heat gm.

This trade, as well as Charlotte's other trade with Atlanta, is reliant upon Golden State and Atlanta's previous trade, which cannot go through until the playoffs are over for Golden State.

I don't really like Josh Smith + he doesn't very favourable contract. Thaddeus Young is a great young prospect, who already averaged 15 and a 5 last year and I'm hoping to see an improvement this year and the year after. I really lack the depth in my team, so Dunleavy and Pops will help that. Dunleavy's contract is at least as bad as Smith's, but it won't hurt me very much right now, as I'm already too much over the cap. I will probably try to trade him sometime next season and get something good(and/or young) in return. Also, when he's healthy, he's good player, not an all-star, but still respectable. Either way I'm probably not going for the title this year, so the couple wins less for the upcoming year won't hurt.
